Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to Lavish Cars Rental Dubai. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from us. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

 

•Minimum age to rent: 21 years (25 years for premium models such as Dodge Challenger, Nissan Patrol, Tesla).

•Valid UAE driving license or International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.

•Original passport or Emirates ID must be presented at the time of rental.

•A valid credit or debit card is required for security deposit and payment.

 

•Minimum rental duration: 1 day (24 hours).

•Late return charges: Apply after a 1-hour grace period; full-day rate may be charged.

•Early return: Does not guarantee a refund unless agreed in advance.  

 

•Prices: Quoted in AED and are subject to 5% VAT.

•Security deposit: AED 1,000–5,000 depending on vehicle; held on your card and released within 21 working days.

•Responsibility: All traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), and damages during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.  

 

•Basic insurance: Third-party coverage included in all rentals.

•Comprehensive insurance: With Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) available at an additional cost.

•Insurance void if:

•Driving under the influence.

•Unauthorized drivers.

•Driving off-road or in restricted zones.

•Failure to report accidents to police.  

 

 

5. Delivery & Collection

•Free delivery and pickup: Within Dubai (charges may apply based on exact location).

•Delivery to other emirates: AED 150–200 (round trip).

•Delivery time slots: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

 

•Fuel level: Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.

•Shortfall charge: Market rate plus service fee of AED 20.

 

 

 

You may NOT:

•Use the vehicle for racing, off-roading, towing, or illegal activities.

•Smoke inside the vehicle – AED 500 cleaning fee applies.

•Transport pets without prior approval.  

 

 

•24/7 roadside assistance: Available.

•In case of accident: Immediately call Dubai Police (999) and Lavish Cars Rental.  

 

 

•Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.

•Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery time: 50% refund.

•No-shows or last-minute cancellations: No refund.

•Refund processing time: Within 7 business days.    

 

•Responsibility: Renter is responsible for all fines, parking tickets, and Salik charges during the rental.

•Salik charges: AED 5 per crossing plus AED 10 admin fee (optional cap available upon request).

 

•Rental extensions: Notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

•Vehicle swaps: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.  

 

 

Lavish Cars Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if:

•Any of the Terms & Conditions are violated.

•The vehicle is misused or damaged.

•The renter provides false documentation.    

 

•Resolution approach: Lavish Cars Rental will aim to resolve disputes amicably.

•Jurisdiction: Disputes will be handled under UAE laws and Dubai courts jurisdiction.

 

 

•Data collection: Personal information is collected to process rentals, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.

•Data security: Information is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
